May 28 - 31, 2026: Join us for 3 days/ 4 nights engrossed in all things trail running! CTS ultra running coaches Anne Tisdell & Nick DiMarco will head things up, providing personalized insights into training, race day strategies, strength training, in race nutrition and much more. Each day will consist of informational workshop sessions along with on trail time, exploring the phenomenal trail running here in New River Gorge National Park. Group runs, custom designed to showcase the New River Gorge while also facilitating quality training, will range from 10-20 miles in length. Saturday will be a highlight, consisting of 11 miles on the trail followed by 7 miles of Class V whitewater rafting (what we loving call a Run & Raft!) down the Lower New River.
